The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) supports efforts by local governments to implement climate resilience projects. Through strategic investments in asset-building activities, the agency aims to promote sustainable community development and increase livability and resilience throughout the state. The Colorado Resiliency Office (CRO) works across state agencies as well as with local, state, federal, commercial, and non-governmental partners to understand and adapt to shifting environmental, social, and economic conditions.
